Preparing food is an art and I indulged in every single masterpiece created here. This fine dining experience was more than I hoped it would be, exceeding my expectations in taste, texture, and atmosphere. By perfect taste, I mean everything was bursting with flavor. And by perfect texture, I mean it took just the right amount of chewing according to each dish. I can’t choose a favorite; every single course was divine. The music and attentive waiter only added to the relaxed and exquisite atmosphere. Stan’s Epicurean stays true to its name, giving each customer a uniquely luxurious experience in the art of food. Their menu changes every week; every time you go, it’ll be a new culinary art experience. Twas more than a fair price (worth every cent) and I’ll be here again!

💖 I hope everyone had an amazing Valentine’s Day! We celebrated our love at Stans Epicurean on Reddington Beach and had a phenomenal experience! It’s a 5 course pre-fix meal and you choose your entree from a few options. We Started with fresh Raw Oyster topped with Strawberry Mignonette and beautiful edible flower. Next was twice baked Gruyère Soufflé with Chives and Parmesan. This was absolutely delicious and reminded me of a large Starbucks egg bite, obviously much better. Velvety on the inside and the creamy sauce was exploding with flavor.  3rd course was a visually stunning Arugula Berry salad with Citrus Caviar and Balsamic Reduction. For our main course, I got the Lobster Thermidor in a Cognac Cream Sauce and my love got Pan Seared Duck Breast in Port Wine sauce. We also added a Filet Mignon, which was cooked to the perfect temperature I requested, rare-medium-rare. 👌 Dessert was a gorgeous Strawberry Tramisu, likely the best I’ve ever had!  Service and staff was wonderful. The owner stopped by our table and we had great conversations with him. Had an absolutely amazing meal here tonight, perfect for a date night out. If you’re looking for a place that truly cherishes the culinary experience this is your spot! Every part of our meal perfectly complemented the next, our waiter was extremely personable & attentive, truly one of the best meals we’ve had in our area. Highly recommend. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 8 years, I can truly appreciate the experience of this restaurant. Every week the menu changes and you are provided with a 5-course meal, choosing only between 2 options for your main entree. When we went the menu was as follows: First course: Oyster Trio The oysters were very fresh and delicious! Pallet cleanser: Blood Orange Sorbet Very refreshing after the oysters before the salad. Second course: Heirloom Tomato & Burrata The salad was one of my favorite parts! It was served with smoked tomato water Pallet cleanser: Lemon Sorbet Third Course: Filet Mignon with Lobster Risotto & Broccolini The filet was one of the best I've had. It was also served with a dark chocolate sauce which was incredible! Fourth Course- Triple Chocolate Mousse Bottom layer was crunchy dark chocolate crumbs, second layer was dark chocolate mousse, third layer was milk chocolate mousse, and the top layer was white chocolate mousse. The presentation was outstanding served with an edible rose and chocolate strawberries! See photos below for each course and menu.

Loved the wine pairings with dinner. Had the salmon with ginger soy sauce. It was amazing! The dessert was incredible. It was unlike anything I’ve seen down here at the beach. The whole place is really nice. Finally some decent food down here!

Stan’s is such a lovely place. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The plating was gorgeous. I highly recommend trying it out.

Great experience overall. Though on the high-end of the price spectrum for most restaurants, I think all who appreciate this style of dining will be very pleased when compared to a similar establishment, which there are very few. Food portions are well sized and strategically thought out - at first, it may seem like the portions are small, but by the end, it was perfectly filling. I will note that it is small inside, so if this place was full, it would change the ambiance, but it was clear during our experience that they manage the amount of people well.
