Very nice restaurant in the area. Restaurant is comfortable and clean and the service was quick and attentive. We ate once for dinner and once for lunch. We ordered the wings both times and they were delicious. They were meaty and the blue cheese was delicious! I had the peel and eat shrimp which were a good deal for the price and well cooked. My husband had a burger and fries which he said were better than most. When we came back for lunch we again ordered the wings which were very tasty! The only thing I was not a big fan of was the crab stuffed mushrooms. I love crab but this had a strong fishy taste. They were also cooked with wine and I found the wine flavor a bit overpowering. My husband got the club and fries. He said it was very good with a nice balance of ingredients. I would return especially for the wings. Butn. but skip the mushrooms!

The good was delicious and the service was great. The blackened Chicken Salad had mixed greens and vibrant flavor in the chicken. The portions were generous and we were overlooking the water in the ac!

We had an amazing experience here. I had the Classic Club + tots , and my girlfriend had the BLT + fries. Everything was DELICIOUS. But let me tell you, THE TOTS .... THE TOTS. I've never had tots cooked so perfectly. There was literally nothing special about them other than they were cooked so incredibly perfectly. Also, The waiter was so nice and even asked some locals if they could recommend a local coffee shop to us ( cause he wasn't a coffee drinker). 10/10 recommend lunch here.

After a day spent on Redington Shores Beach just across the road, the Friendly Tavern provides a nice cool respite inside or one can always stay outside and drink at the bar outdoors. We were inside and started with excellent Crab Meat Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer followed by a burger each. I had a Black Jack burger, my wife had a Drew’s burger. Both were delicious. Service by Gwen was great, the price before tip was $30.39, which included the additional 3.5% charge for using a credit card.

Great place for Karaoke. The crowd was amazingly supportive of all the singers. Waitress was pretty nice. KJ ( Tony) was a little cold at first, but eventually came out and ended up being a fun guy. Sound system was good out in the audience, but lacking a little on stage. Food and alcoholic drinks were good. Overall I do recommend this place for food, drinks, and karaoke.

Fun! Very friendly staff and patrons. Airy outdoor area across the street from public beach access parking. Fish fingers were amazing! Jamie and Judy provided excellent service!!

Good little dive bar across the street from the beach with decent food and good prices on food and drinks and karaoke after 9. The vibe is a mix of local and tourist by day and mostly locals and seasonal residents in the evening. If not a fan of a loud karaoke, keep the visit to depart by 9pm. S for the food. The chili is excellent of you like a meaty, hearty, thick chili with bold flavor. Salads are typical garden mix style but if you like blue cheese they have a great house made blue. The burgers are all winners and are cooked to temp with good seasoning and toppings. The Philly is their own version with higher quality beef than on the typical shaved sirloin Philly; its a good sandwich on a good roll. For dessert go with one of their truffles as they are fabulous. And service is consistant with what you would expect at a place called Friendly. So whether local or tourist, its a good dive to enjoy.
