I eat at this location 1 to 3 times per week, as my office is very close to here. The sandwiches are delicious, all of the staff members are friendly and attentive, and the tables are cleaned often between waves of guests. If there is ever a mistake in my order it is only because they are very slammed and spread thin with catering and app delivery orders, which to me is quite understandable with this location being in the DTC area. This place can sometimes be very busy around noon, so have some patience if you drop in at that time - the delicious sandwich you receive will reward you for your patience! I highly recommend any of the cheesesteaks, but you really can't go wrong.

Jimmy should be fired. There were literally no other customers in the building and neither of the two employees, Kyle and Jimmy, were in the middle of any big task. Not only did they not put the items I requested on my sandwich, I specifically reached over and pointed to the mayo and the red stuff next to it said "not that." No receipt was given. I get home and guess what's all over my sandwich? The mayo that I can't eat. Have to go back to work, so can't go back, no lunch for me. I call to request a refund, specifically stating it's because I cannot come back for a new sub. Jimmy answered and decided he just didn't want to do his job to look up and process the refund, so he tells me I would have to come back in with the receipt, otherwise there was nothing they could do about a refund, which we all know is a flat out lie. He was rude and insulting the entire way through the call, and when I remind him that he can look up my order, he yells at me saying too bad, without a receipt there's nothing they would do, and I could call back tomorrow for the manager to say the same, then promptly hung up on me. I call back to get both of their names, and kyle answers. Funny, he was able to look up my order in about 5 seconds and process the refund immediately. Without the receipt. Over the phone. Hmmm. Despite the food itself usually being quite good, I will not give my money to places who allow their employees to treat people that way, bc if he does it to me, that means he does it to others. Good thing a cheeba hut and a potbelly just opened near me!

My wife and I frequent this place and have for years now. Always spot on. Except today I came in and ordered two club subs, and there was a tall teenager I had never seen before putting the sandwiches together. He asked if I wanted it Mike's way and I said for sure. Then asked if I wanted the bacon and mayo. Absolutely. I was busy paying for the order with the nice girl at the register so I wasn't paying attention to the subs. Got home, no bacon. Called em up to let them know. I have bacon at the house so I started making it. Then went to put it together and told my wife, "I should call em back and say he didn't put mayo on it either!" Lol. So I had to do that too. I still dig this place because they make a better sub than anyone else. I'd tell the kid to wake up, if you're going to charge 20 for a sub and ask for a tip, which I always give, you gotta make sure you're putting it together right and paying attention. Of course we'll be back, and they can always count on us to be a dedicated customer. Just wake up bud!!! Lol!

Got a regular big kahuna and looked like a kids . I asked the guy is this a small and he saits not based on the bread size. Rip off . Not friendly at all and the screen asked for a top ... Ya right. Size of a cell phone. I will go elsewhere.

I got the club sub on gluten-free bread. It was delicious! The bread was light and fluffy. The ingredients were all VERY fresh. I LOVED IT!

I had the veggie sandwich with bacon, it was really tasty, the vinegar made it even better. Their customer service was great, the only reason for 3 stars is the price, I paid close to 13 bucks for a reg size sandwich chips and drink(medium).

Should have a rating for no stars .My husband ordered 3 large subs , mine was a chicken Parmesan to start with the chicken is raw the sub was not toasted and looked like the sauce exploded on it also like where's the cheese ? It was not on my sandwich .So everyone got a meal tonight but me thanks Jersey Mike's for putting me to bed hungry .

When I paid the guy said “No tip” (I’m not tipping for a normal order at a fast food place) so the employee cut me a smaller sandwich than normal, half wrapped it, and shoved it wordlessly across the counter at me. Avoid this place unless you’re gonna tip 20% for someone to make you a plain sub
