This business uses contractors and refuses to pay them. They are engaged in manipulative and deceptive practices. The CEO knows it as I’ve left messages on his voice mail and he doesn’t care. Do not support businesses like this that rip off other people to get work done.

Buyer beware! Placed two orders in January, one arrived and the other was paid for and never sent. This company seems to be filled with liars and thieves, do not give them your money. They will just ignore you when you ask for help and they do not honor online purchases, seems they think we have no recourse. I would have given a better review on the food if it all showed up.

DON’T BUY: After my first order, I would not recommend buying from this company. Although the items I received were good, they only shipped out 1/3 of the items I paid for. That was a month ago. I have called and emailed for help with my order and have received no response. Also, one of the items they sent me was shorted 1 ounce.

EDIT: it has now been 7 months since I placed my order. No responses to emails, messages or calls. What a racket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered almost 2 months ago. Have not received my order, no shipping information, nothing but crickets and emails that they are having a sale! Have emailed multiple times, no replies, nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

*****UPDATED***** 5 Months , no order has been received!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered $60 worth of product on June 11th, today is July 13th and still have not received my product. I have not received any email regarding products being out of stock or an update in general on my order. Also, their phone number is wrong!!! It’s associated with some dude running a dealership in Denver. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing. Fix your company please, if you can’t handle answering emails and running your company, then hire help or sell your business to someone who can properly run it. Companies are built around customer service and satisfaction, I just can’t imagine the people who can’t even receive a refund due to NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Hope this helps anyone trying to buy product here, I’ll update this review *IF* I receive the order.

UPDATE: After emailing them at a different email address, they promptly refunded the money to my card for the item I didn't receive. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS WHEN THEY DON'T SHIP YOUR WHOLE ORDER BUT THEY SURE TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY! I ordered dried kiwi slices, tangerine slices, and chocolate dipped tangerine. I received the first 2 but never received the chocolate dipped tangerine. I've emailed them for WEEKS, no response. I'll be leaving a complaint at the Better Business Bureau & asking for a chargeback at my bank.
