This place is good but it's missing variety. It's is interesting that they have real shredded turkey however. The Vicky's sea salt vinegar chips were a nice change. Wow... pineapple cream soda!

Both sandwiches came cold. So cold the meatballs seem to come straight out of the refrigerator. The other sandwiche was the same cold and old taste. Service wasn't the best. Had the feeling that his family must be the owners. Because he doesn't give a damn. Pass on this place or just order a cold sandwiches. Those are hard to muss up. The place is clean as it should be for a new business.

Took 20 minutes on hold to get an order cancelled when placed at the wrong location, then another 5 minutes for them to confirm the cancellation and refund. I ended up making it halfway across town before turning around. I'd recommend skipping this location and just going to the one on Barnes.

I've been here five times and for a fast food restaurant, this place is pretty solid. I get a lot of coupons in the mail, and every time I have gone here I have used a "buy one small sub get one free" coupon; without this coupon I think the food would be a little overpriced. With the coupon, however, I think the food is worth coming back for. My absolute favorite sandwich is the New York Chopped Cheese, but unfortunately as of the time I am writing this it is a limited time only sandwich. I hope they will make it a permanent menu item in the future, because I would actually come back and buy this without any coupons. I have never had a real chopped cheese sandwich before so I am not sure how close Capriotti's version comes to replicating the real thing, but theirs has almost a taco taste to it which I really enjoyed. My second favorite sandwich is the Capastrami without coleslaw, which slightly beats out my third favorite the American Wagyu Cheesesteak. I really enjoy both, but I had them side by side and the Capastrami just has more flavor to it. I also had the American Wagyu Cheesesteak and the regular Cheesesteak sandwiches side by side, and the Wagyu version is so much better than the regular version. The regular version has almost no taste in comparison; it is worth the couple extra bucks to buy the Wagyu one. The Classic Italian sandwich wasn't bad, but it was a basic sandwich that I could've made myself. The Italian Sausage sandwich was pretty decent as well, but it just didn't do enough to stand out in my opinion. Similar to the Classic Italian, it tasted like a very generic sandwich I could buy anywhere.

I love this sandwich shop. This location however is terrible, just the worst. The employees really acted offended that I was even there. Just really sad and had no pride in anything. The employee taking my order couldn't answer simply questions about the size of my sandwich. The drink machine had NO ice the employees really didn't care. Very pricey for lunch. They really should do better.

Although the staff does seem overwhelmed by the volume of orders during rushes, they do a great job. The shop is clean and I always receive good counter service when I order. The food is always fresh and hot. My go-to's are definitely the American wagyu French dip sandwich and the chopped salad.

Had the smallest Meatball sub, my son had the Classic Italian. Sandwiches were OK- to be expected. Could have been better IMO. I stated up front it was our first time there and it would have been nice to have been given some insight on the menu, I even asked at one point what other toppings I could add to my meatball sub and if there's a list, the employee didn't have much of answer and I couldn't easily find it on the menu. I don't know if I could have toasted my sub or not which I think would have made it better. I also wanted to load it up with additional veggies but due to not knowing my options that didn't pan out. I highly recommend when new customers mention its there first time, take some time to see if they have any questions and maybe give a little info on the sandwiches. We also weren't promptly greeted when we came in even though there were 3 employees near the register. It seemed like they were addressing some other issue among the employees. At least acknowledge the customers and let them know you'll be with them. I don't personally feel their food or service is worth the spent here.

Came in on 10/16. Brunette cashier was doing the bare minimum and you could tell was just going through the motions. Long blonde haired girl making sandwiches should have a hair net on to start but also gave an attitude when asked for a sandwich to be toasted. It was my first time in and I wasn’t asked if I wanted my meatball sub toasted (it’s usually already toasted other places) so I was looking at the menu while waiting and noticed they didn’t already toast them so I approached the counter and asked for it to be toasted -the brunette said yes but then the blonde was like I already made it and nobody did anything. $54 for 2 subs and 2 fountain sodas and wildly mediocre service is ridiculous. I won’t be back. Why should we be expected to tip. (Even though I did) you gave crap service, wouldn’t unwrap the meatball sub and toast it for a second. I got my own beverages and you called out my order for me to come pick up. Over being expected to tip before I get my food and for mediocre counter service. Your job is to make sandwiches, you didn’t wait on me you took my order and did your job.
