Muy muy recomendable. Comida riquísima y cantidad abundante, baño muy limpio, atención impecable, de lo mejor sin duda en calidad-precio que he visto en todo el viaje por la west coast. Saludos desde España!!

Everything at this restaurant was phenominal. The backdrop from the dog-friendly patio is the Zion Mountains, gorgeous! He ordered a chimichanga (which my guy said was the best one he's had since 1984 🤣) and I had the steak fajitas which were amaaaazing. We also had margaritas, and they were to die for 🤤. Also, friendly & accommodating staff. Cannot recommend enough!

Food was amazing!!!! The huarache was great, and their chips with salsa as well. Looked authentic and homemade. We sat outside on the patio. We randomly chose this place during a road trip and were very happy about it!

After a year, I am back for some hiking and camping around the area. I ordered the Al Pastor Chimichanga, complimentary chips and salsas with your order, and 2 Palomas (tequila drink with grapefruit soda). Service was attentive and kind. The food is amazing, best authentic al pastor meat that I've had in a while. Chips are fresh homemade (not the bagged kind). Salsas are delicious. Paloma drinks please don't change the recipe and keep them coming.

Craving Mexican food for lunch on our trip back to the airport we saw the sign for Blue Agave and pulled off the highway at Colorado City. A restaurant on a residential street with a modest but welcoming interior, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. Our hopes were raised by the menu but when the chips and salsa arrived ( red roasted tomato salsa and green tomatillo lime) we knew we were onto something special. Enchiladas and huaraches later we left feeling grateful we found this gem of a restaurant hidden away. So worth the short detour!!

Victor at Blue Agave was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a party of about 50 we needed catering for and Victor guided us through the whole process and made things easy on us. The food was absolutely delicious!! The service was perfect!!
