We were traveling from Fairbanks to Anchorage (six hour drive) and decided to try out some food! I now now that we will definitely be coming back because we liked it so much! This place has some of the best fries I’ve ever had and the burgers were delicious too! On top of that the service was really good, our server was kind and made sure we had anything that we needed and would check in pretty regularly. However what I think makes this place so good is the atmosphere, you can tell that there has been a lot of work into making this place feel like a place you can come and have a great time with friends. The esthetic is was great indoors and the view outside with the mountains must’ve been amazing as well! Over all it was a great time with great food and at a great place and with great costumer service. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stop by and grab a bite going close to Palmer. Or if you’re lucky enough to live close by!

Really liked the local vibe here and friendly staff, like Dillon! The beers were great, and many options, and we loved having some on Nitro! The wings were way better than expected. Have the Parmesan and try the buffalo ones, done well done. Also, great swag and I of course had to get a cool T-shirt! VictorB

Matanuska Brewing Company knows how to do beer the Alaskan way! bold, inventive, and done right. Their Blue and Double Blue are absolute standouts, blending blueberry with beer in a way that tastes like tropical heaven. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, they released a Berry beer that completely blew me away. And then today, walking through the grocery store I spotted Pineapple Express. This isn’t one of those gimmicky “pineapple flavor added” This is a true marriage of beer and pineapple, smooth and refreshing, and sweet unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. I thought, blue and double blue were a taste of tropical heaven, I was wrong! pineapple express transported me to a Sandy Beach right here in Alaska! When Matanuska says they have a beer for everybody, they aren’t kidding. Each release has felt unique and unforgettable. So I had to update it! I went out and picked up a few to share with my friends in Florida.

Sat outside and had a nice view of the mountains. Food and service was great. Poke nachos and brussel sprouts were 10/10! Definitely recommend stopping in here for a drink and/or bite to eat. Several in our group ordered some beers and root beer; all were well liked.

We had happy hour buffalo wings (half price), they were pretty tasty. Nice selection of beer, back country blue (💙 delicious), the 9.2 very high alcohol content and good tasting. The service was great, fast and very attentive.

We had a wonderful dining and drink experience here. The blueberry seltzer over ice was the perfect drink on a warm, sunny afternoon. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our drinks and meals. My sandwich and fries were perfect and my husband had the wings and a Cobb salad, which he loved.

Such a cool place to eat at it. Love the food every time I’ve gone. I do wish they would offer at least a couple vegan items rather than having to customize a side salad for family members but if you aren’t vegan then pick anything and you’ll be happy!
