Hotel viejo, de bajo mantenimiento y conservación. Humedad, mal olor en las habitaciones. La poceta de la habitación que me tocó, bota el agua del tanque al bajar la poceta. Mobiliarios viejos y dañados con mucha humedad. Negativo todo. Deberían remodelar.

Pésimo servicio las habitaciones tienes pulgas en la cama , mala comunicación ,pagas más de que apárese en las reservaciones

Y’all…there were so many roaches when we came in I lost count. Stains on both sets of sheets and the wall, the room does not smell good. But the roaches everywhere are what got me. How hard is it to bug bomb your rooms? There’s traps everywhere but they obviously aren’t doing the job.

We stayed there on Oct.13. The management was very nice but this place shouldn't even be open. We arrived at around 4 p.m for check in. The remote was taped together but we were given a brand new one upon request. The freezer was filthy and frozen solid with left over food of some kind. I put my bottled water in the fridge as soon as we got there only to realize the next morning the fridge didn't work. Got up early to take showers and shower didn't work. No water pressure at all. Thank God for the bottled water I brought. Only way to rinse our mouths after brushing our teeth. 2 glue traps...one beside the bed and one behind the toilet. Red flag. Only way to use the toilet was to hold handle down for at least 30 seconds or until everything was flushed. I was very disappointed and the manager's were nice and explained they were trying to turn the place around but for $75.00 per night I think they might have a problem. Until it is " stay able" they should not charge that much at all. My fiance was sick from chemo and the manager said she had a migraine. I asked for a few more towels ( obviously didn't need them since we couldn't shower). Never got them. Horrible experience. Never again. Wish I could get my money back. 😡

I've stayed thru - out all the previous owners. Never had any problems. As far as the present new ownership, they are working to improve from what I have seen. I was there 2 weeks in February 2024 and probably will utilize their rooms again. It's not a 6 star, but it's not a 2 either. I was told they constantly improving and has the only pool in the area. They are currently looking for a local pool service company. The check in lady & maintenance, from what I observed are friendly & carrying. Will be there again & plenty of rooms. Thanks

This currently is not the most luxurious hotel l have ever been to, but it is the friendliest. I was purchasing a home in nearby Marion and expected to stay around 2 days. That 2 days turned into 10. Every other hotel was at least 40% higher and wanted an additional $50 a dog per night. Kevin the owner being the fantastic person he is, charged only $10 a dog. You would be crazy to stay anywhere else if you have pets. There is an open field to walk them right next door. Kevin , the owner could have taken advantage of me knowing that my expected hotel stay was extended but he didn't. Instead he did everything he could to keep the price down. You won't get that kind of sympathy ANYWHERE not even from the more luxurious hotels that l have been a steady customer at. They may call themselves pet friendly but they more concerned about how much money they can get. I want to return here sometime just to say hi and to say thanks. All the best to these two wonderful people.

I don't even know where to begin rooms are just nasty dirty smells like weed and mold under the sink sheets blood stains smell like urine the so called management is rude and very judgemental I will not be a returning guest they over charge. Got charged at check-in $480 weekly next week Akul guy in front office tells me that prices have changed so with that being said I will now be paying $560 I think I'm done 👍 I have a lot more

This place would be great if it was priced cheaper. It's old and ran down. It desperately needs to be remodeled if they are going to charge $80. The lamp in our room was broken to the point of having a bulb hang off. The nicest hotels are $110 in this town. It is moderately clean. I feel like this place would get great reviews if it wasn't so expensive for what you ultimately get for the evening. Luckily there were no bugs which is a plus if you are in this town. The weirdest thing was there were no drink machines just a small cooler in the office for which the owner only accepted cash after I just paid for my room with a card and furthermore the office is closed at night and you have to wake up the staff from sleeping if you are thirsty. There was no ice either!
